We have been operating for over 35 years as an important supplier of carbon products mainly for Ferroalloys, Steel and Aluminum sectors.
Carburizers are products used to adjust the carbon content of steel or alloys in preparation. They can be manufactured in the granulometry desired by the customer and have a minimum carbon content of 60%, reaching values above 95% for this element. For more demanding applications, it is essential to have low levels of nitrogen and sulfur.
Carbovam and Vamgraf lines have products with high levels of carbon and very low levels of nitrogen, sulfur and hydrogen.
In our portfolio, we include special products for use in cold load, which have high efficiency and carbon yield, resulting in the reduction of process costs for our clients. We also provide products for the formation of foaming slag, developed specifically to meet the particularity of each process.
Quality
More than an ordinary Quality Certification such as in traditional accredited organizations, we have implemented a System of Quality Management integrated to the process, which objective is to have a better control of the process, reducing variations in product properties.
Supply
We strategically maintain safety stocks of raw materials and finished products for several months of operation, ensuring the regular supply flow.
We work with the possibility of consigned, stocking and export operations with our customers, minimizing the impacts of market and logistics instabilities.

We invest and have as an important success factor the technical relationship with our customers. The supply package includes monitoring the operation of products of Carbovam and Vamgraf lines, operator training and problem solving, aiming to optimize the process performance of the users of our products.
